Our money isn’t working hard for us in the bank, we are seeing pittance interest rates offered to hard working savers. With saving rates currently around 1% per annum in the banks, saving money is actually allowing our money to depreciate in value.

1. A return on investment of 6-10% depending on the investment amount. The larger the sum invested, the more interest paid.

2. A legally binding loan agreement and all investors will be given open access (subject to availability) on all of our ongoing property projects to see our progress.

3. Monthly payments and personalised statements for you to monitor and collect your interest payments.

4. You don’t need to get involved but have the security of knowing your money is invested in bricks and mortar. We have a very strict criteria that our properties have to adhere too. If they don’t match our criteria, we don’t buy them. Simple!
